I'd love to give Simply a higher rating. In-store, the experience is excellent. But their communication about a computer I had in for service was appalling. They didn't return phone messages or texts. Getting through to a live person on their phone line is a rare occurrence. I had to hunt them down via repeated phone calls to get the info I needed about the timing on my repair/replacement. Further, this is not new--it's been going on for years. I'd rather they just had an honest message, like, "We may or may not ever return a phone call if you leave a message here, but you can try..."

I have been a customer since 2017. I knew after my first experience here, this was my store for Apple 🍎 products. Today I dealt with Andrew, his customer service skills are 5 stars ⭐️ across the board and made my experience at the Broadway Simply Computing, the best one I have ever had. Andrew’s knowledge on what he is selling plus his sense of humour helped make this shopping trip fun! He is top shelf all the way! Thanks 🙏🏽 Andrew Once again, I had the most fabulous service from simply computing. Jonathan, The Apple Specialist Who helped me today, provided impeccable customer service. His knowledge, friendliness, And ability to quickly fix the problems I was experiencing made this trip in from Tsawwassen to be pleasant and worth it for me. Simply Amazing is what they should call this place. Super helpful staff, and just all around awesome environment. Big shout out to Chris for his succinct advice on upgrading the SSD on my girlfriend's old MacBook Pro. I am primarily a PC guy, not Apple, but after my consultation with Chris I felt much more confident with undertaking an upgrade. It was also nice that he said if it proves to be too problematic, that we could come back and have them handle it for a reasonable price. If my attempt doesn't go well, I will come back and happily pay to support a business like this, based on their customer service alone. I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for help with their Apple devices!

Really great experience when I brought my MacBook in here. They offered great advice and tried everything they could to get my computer working prior to actually having to do a repair. Sebastian in particular was really knowledgeable and helpful and got my computer working again! Highly recommend this spot.

We had a great experience at Simply Computing on Broadway today. Lachlan was our friendly and knowledgeable technician. He attended to our issue efficiently and with good humour ( and a great pair of shorts!) All our family uses Simply Computing and everything always goes smoothly. Highly recommended.

They did a good job on the repair, staff were friendly, but communication needs to be improved to save time and provide more clear customer expectations. My advice to customers is not to believe the Apple “same day repair” is possible. Just send your item in the mail for repairs to avoid multiple drives. Parking spot available in the back is very handy though.
